- Health-related information: details you share during intake and your clinical evaluation, which are treated as confidential health information.
- Payment data: processed by secure third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

- To schedule and conduct your evaluation and deliver your letter;
- To verify letters with housing providers only with your consent;
