What to expect at your appointment
- A short intake. Basic details about you, your wellbeing, and your animal.
- A confidential video evaluation. A licensed California mental health professional talks with you about your needs — typically 20–30 minutes.
- Your letter within 10–15 minutes. Once the doctor approves you, your signed ESA letter is issued within 10–15 minutes — and your payment is only collected after that approval.
Please note: a letter is never guaranteed — it is issued only when the licensed clinician determines it is clinically appropriate. That's what makes it legitimate. The good news: you are only charged after approval, so booking is completely risk-free.
